No Cash Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or chargebacks under any circumstances.

24-Hour Warranty

All products (Cheats, Spoofers, Accounts, and Tools) include a 24-hour warranty from the time of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Coupon Replacement

During the 24-hour warranty period, we may issue a store coupon of equal value only in the following situations:

- You did not receive your order (payment confirmation and order ID required).

- The product does not function as described on the product page.

What Is Not Covered

- Change of mind after delivery.

- Game or account bans, suspensions, or restrictions.

- Issues caused by incorrect installation, unsupported hardware/software, or user error.

- Claims submitted more than 24 hours after purchase.

- Products that were delivered exactly as described.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and include sufficient evidence for investigation. We reserve the right to approve or deny any claim at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered order is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to our services and contest fraudulent chargebacks with the payment provider.
